Contributions from the Public

This section of the Montana History Wiki is intended as forum for public contributions. The entries on this page are not written, edited, or checked for accuracy by the staff of the Montana Historical Society Research Center.

If you have a short history of a family, an event, a place or another topic pertaining to Montana history and would like to see it included on the Montana History Wiki, please review the guidelines below. Submissions should be emailed to mhslibrary@mt.gov with the statement "Montana History Wiki Contribution" in the subject line.

• Submissions are reviewed and posted monthly.
• All contributions must have proper citations and be historically accurate.
• MHS reserves the right not to post any submission that lacks citations and/or that is historically inaccurate.
• The name of the author must be submitted with the contribution. The author's name and the date of submission will be included on the Wiki.
• Copyrighted information (such as an article, chapter or section of a book published after 1923) will not be included.
